Although we din run during today's sea training, the training itself has drained out all my energy! -LACK of sleep!-
At least they had 3 boats for today! so everyone got to row together.
ended training with 8sets of 10chin-ups.

well, hang out with 2 other friend after tat and we really share sth in common! haha...
we should actually hang out after training every sun man.
had a cup of coffee after lunch at sun tech's star bucks. learning to enjoy our youth while we still canhaha
yo ben....u did sth right today...! haha. -use my phone to msg someone i've nv contacted b4- it's a gd start though.x)
